2 ק"ג תפו"ע פרוסים דק במעבד מזון
100 גר' סוכר חום
50 גר' סוכר לבן
2 כפות קמח
כף מיץ לימון
כפית קינמון
30 גר' חמאה
להכין בצק פריך, לקרר, לרדד ולשים בתבניות. למקפיא.
לערבב את חומרי המילוי מלבד החמאה ולשים בתוך הקלתית. לפזר למעלה את החמאה ומעל את השטרוייזל.
לאפות בחום של 170 מעלות כ-50 דקות
ולטבעונים: פשוט מאוד
במקום חמאה ניתן לשים מזולה או שמן קוקוס מוצק
(אם חם והוא נוזל, יש צורך להכניס למקרר לכמה שעות עד שיתמצק שוב)
